Our Factory
We have been specializing in the production of fences for over 30 years. Our company covers an area of 60,000 square meters and has 3 advanced electrostatic spraying production lines, as well as over 100 pieces of cutting, laser, stamping and welding equipment. It is equipped with complete testing instruments and can conduct salt spray tests. Passed the ISO9001/14001 system certification and obtained the qualified certification from BSCI.
Advanced production line
The advanced stacking chain production line is capable of spraying 8-meter-long and 3-meter-high fence and gate products. With 15 strict pre-treatment processes, it uses Swiss Jinma spray guns and AkzoNobel electrostatic spraying powder to ensure that the anti-corrosion level reaches 0 grade, providing a 10-year quality guarantee.
Testing instrument
Our factory laboratory is equipped with a variety of testing instruments and equipment. There are salt spray test chambers, ultraviolet aging test chambers, tensile testers, drying test chambers, glossometers, thickness gauges, etc. Ensure that each process can be effectively inspected and quality-controlled.
Our honor
Our factory has obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. Has obtained the certification of a safety standardization level-three enterprise. We have received the factory inspection recognition from some important European and American clients and have obtained the BSCI certification.
